Have you noticed that repetitive scenarios often occur in life? For example, has there been physical or emotional abuse in the family, and a woman chooses a partner who does the same? And then the next husband is the same.
Or even at work, the boss behaves towards the employee in the same way as the father or mother behaved towards the child.
How does this happen and how can it be avoided?
Someone will say that this is karma or just a coincidence, but everything is much simpler and more complicated at the same time.
The fact is that our brain remembers patterns of behavior that helped us survive in a dangerous situation and then subconsciously chooses such circumstances and such people to reproduce its survival program.
For example, in a family where there was an alcoholic, children get used to being in constant anxiety and expectation of danger in order to be on the alert all the time and have time to react to danger.
People who survived the shelling will listen to the surrounding sounds for a long time so as not to miss the sound of an approaching rocket and have time to hide in cover.
Circumstances may change, but the pattern of behavior remains in the brain until it is discovered and changed.
I noticed that when I first started drawing neurographica and just tried to draw a line with a relaxed hand, I kept getting loops all the time. Loops – this means that the brain is fixated on some kind of behavior pattern.
Then you need to take this loop and dilute it with other lines, showing the brain that there are other behaviors. That you can live and react in a different way. That the circumstances have changed, which means that the reaction must also be different.
Today I was working on the algorithm “improving concentration of attention.” I noticed that it was difficult for me to concentrate, that I constantly forgot everything, that I had to write everything down.
It turned out that constant stress contributes not only to a decrease in immunity, but also worsens cognitive abilities and even affects the hormones.
The problem is that stress may have already passed, but the brain remembers to worry just in case and continues to work in a critical mode.
It’s good that there is a method that allows you to “close unnecessary tabs on your computer.”
The algorithm is very simple, if you are familiar with neurographica, write to me in private messages, I will tell you what you need to draw step by step.
Have a nice day and new unexplored roads!
