Case 1

  • by

The girl came to the online Neurographica classes with the query “anxiety”. She complained of constant pressure in her chest, inability to relax, and panic attacks.  She didn’t like being alone because she felt insecure and unsafe. She didn’t feel supported  in her family, there was no one to talk to.

She also felt guilty towards the relatives who live in her parents’ homeland, because she could afford to buy expensive things, but they couldn’t. It seemed to her that they disliked her for this. All this interfered with a full life and made it difficult to enjoy life.

We started working with the basic algorithm of Neurographica, in the process of which an energetic release is made on paper, which looks like ordinary scribbling. At that moment, the trapped emotions slowly began to come out and the girl wanted to cry. I turned off the camera and left only the sound. I started asking her how she was feeling at the moment, what exactly was bothering her. She talked, drawing in parallel, and it became easier for her.

The next time we drew the “sun” algorithm. This algorithm allows a person to eliminate the negative influence around them, strengthen their self-esteem and personal strength, and strengthen the inner light. The result was a beautiful picture of the sun against a dark sky in an abstract style.

For two weeks, the girl did not come to the session and I decided that she had completely coped with her anxiety. But she asked to meet again.

This time we have already taken a highly specialized algorithm on the topic of “anxiety”, where anxiety itself is depicted with a pencil in the form of a cloud and then erased and dissolved by lines with a marker. In this way, we erase the image of anxiety from our consciousness. The girl shared that she was surprised how quickly the state changes while drawing. Literally 20 minutes after the start of the lesson, her stiffness and fear disappeared, and instead there was joy and self-confidence. We remembered how joyful and carefree it was in childhood and transferred this state to the present moment and fixed it in the drawing. We imagined how anxiety in the chest goes away, imagined what color it was and what it became. We talked about what bad habits make us worry all the time and talked about how this can be avoided.

She decided to keep an audio diary so that she could talk. We have drawn up an action plan for a specific solution to life’s problems.

For the next time, we outlined a plan to draw self-confidence through the square shape, which represents stability.

I am happy with the result, and so is the client. But there is still something to work on.
